These porcelain Spice jars have 2 marks: "Made in Germany LB" - research identifies that as the distributor and the second mark - "Franz Prause Nieder-Salzbrunn” " indicates that these were manufactured sometime between 1918 and before World War II in an area of Germany that broke off and became part of Poland after the war.
The painting of birds only appears on the front. The sides and back are blank and gold trim outlines the upper edges. They are in excellent condition given their age at between 90 and 100 years old. There is wear on the gold trim and the bottoms are rough in some places. Please note that the lid of the Cinnamon jar is different from the other 2 and is possibly a replacement. That lid also has a small chip. Please see closeup photos.
