This Figurine Inspired from the Art of Norman Rockwell is by Islandia International and titled "The Haircut". This figurine is very Rare! There are other figurines depicting a boy getting a haircut, but none specifically like this one. The bottom of the figurine reads "Four Seasons - Summer - 1963".
The figurine is in very good condition (no damage). We do not have the original box.
