This Royal Doulton Bone China Glamis Thistle Plate was Made in England. The “Glamis Thistle” pattern was in production between 1937 and 1961. “Glamis Thistle” features purple thistles and green leaves and a thin green rim band and a gold trim. Glamis Thistle was Found near Glamis, a small village in Angus, Scotland, as well as the location of Glamis Castle. the home of Queen Mother H.4601.
The plate is in excellent condition (no chips or cracks).
