This series of children's books was collected and edited by Olive Beaupre Miller. The "My Book House" series of books were published between 1920-1971. In the Forward, Ms. Miller describes the series as starting with Nursery Rhymes which appeal to the very young baby through their rhythm and music...and progressing through a graded continuity leading a child from the simplest stories to those that are more complex.

These books are in good vintage condition. All of the books have tight bindings and no missing pages. Most of the books show evidence of use and wear on the outside covers and slight yellowing of the pages due to age. Volume 1 has had the most love. It has some red scribbles on the outside of the bound pages and the covers have staining and are slightly bowed. There are also tears in 3 pages and a piece missing out of the corner of the last page. Volume 3 has a small blue marker scribble on the inside cover page. All of the other books appear free of issues other than noted above.
